Drive daily in-store and field sales
Build and maintain relationships with walk-in and wholesale customers
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Work with the team to execute promotions and marketing campaigns
Monitor stock levels and report fast-moving items
Keep sales records and customer feedback updated
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any field
1–2 years of retail or FMCG sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be goal-driven and self-motivated
Familiarity with the Ibadan market is a strong advantage
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ibadan
