After a thorough research of poultry business in Nigeria, Sayed Farms ltd was established in the year 2004 by Mr. Haytham Nawam and Mr. Ziad Sayed, who both have a broad experience in the field of poultry;
The company is specialized in poultry sector & currently the distribution of frozen food (frozen Fish, French fries, frozen chicken etc…) & covers all the majors aspects of the chicken business field & frozen foods distribution.
The company based in Nigeria with two branches in: Ibadan, and Abuja; the Head office is in Lebanon.Job Responsibilities
Receive Raw Materials into the store
Dispense raw and packaging materials
Carry regular stock reconciliations of raw materials
Track and manage the company’s inventory.
Ensure that inventory levels are accurate.
Properly account for inventory.
Minimize inventory wastage
Perform all other functions as assigned by Management.
Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per government regulation
Manage the store layout
Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage
Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store
Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
Ensure storage of materials follow the first in first out (FIFO) method
Requirements
B.Sc./HND Accounting or relevant discipline from a reputable institution
Minimum 5 years’ experience in store/inventory management with manufacturing companies preferably in handling Raw Materials etc.
SAP “ERP” knowledge is a MUST.
Good knowledge of MS Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of English
Excellent understanding on handling sensitive documents
Good organizational skills
Relevant experience in supervising spare parts /tools/store of similar size is preferred.
