Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees.
Ensure data security, backups, and system updates.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT documentation.
Provide technical support and training to staff.
Monitor system performance and resolve IT-related problems.
Assist in implementing new technologies and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 – 2 years experience in IT support, system administration, or networking.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of IT security, databases, and software applications.
