Craft Sub-saharan Transformation agenda to enable business performance
Talent Management
Lead talent management strategy for Sub-saharan Africa i.e. buy, borrow or build talent pipelines
Facilitate talent & performance calibration sessions in Sub-saharan Africa
Deploy innovative strategies to promote the employee value proposition
Learning
Lead Sub-saharan capability programmes by skilling, reskilling and aniticipating future learning needs based on medium to long term growth plans
Organisational design
Manage fixed costs in line with business strategy
Review country org models in line with business strategy, processes/tools, systems, capabilities and internal benchmarks
Culture
Create and implement strategies to promote a positive, collaborative company culture in line with Danone Values, behaviours and People Survey Results
People & Teams
Lead a team of 7 professionals
Requirements and Qualifications:
Completed HR Related Degree
10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture and Organisation design in Sub-Saharan Africa
Lead with right values i.e. humanism, openness, proximity and enthusiasm
