Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in stock counts.
Coordinate with the purchasing department to manage stock replenishment and ensure timely deliveries.
Track inventory movements and update records.
Prepare and generate inventory reports for management review.
Identify and implement improvements to inventory processes and procedures.
Address and resolve any issues related to inventory management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Proven experience as an Inventory Officer or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
