FRAZIMEX ENGINEERING LIMITED, a member of Oilserv group was incorporated in 2005 under the laws of the Federal republic of Nigeria as a private limited liability company that pools the expertise of very experienced engineers and technicians to provide valuable services in then oil and gas industry.Responsibilities
Monitor status of project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule, SOW & PEP.
Review & verify all documents for completeness/compliance with contract requirement.
Prepare transmittals and distribute all deliverables effectively while maintaining the logs.
Create Document Numbers, application of return code, revision number and timely updates of document status as required for all correspondences and documents.
Ensure all controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are provided to appropriate engineers.
Check quality of documents, Monitor processes and Produce listings.
Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
Input document data into the standard registers (MDR, MDDM, VDR, SDR etc.) ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
Generate the various document control reports as required.
Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings in the document control office.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
Requirements
B.Sc./B.Eng. in any Science or Engineering field.
Minimum of 8 years experience in engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familair with Detailed Engineering work flow.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
