We are seeking for a young, dynamic, and talented live-in personal chef to join a private household in Lekki, Lagos.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals and special events, showcasing a range of cuisines from traditional Nigerian to Oriental and Intercontinental dishes.
Requirements / Responsibilities
2 – 5 years work experience.
Possession of a formal training/certification as a chef.
Prepare daily meals and occasional event catering for the family and guests.
Develop and plan diverse menus that incorporate Nigerian, Oriental, and Intercontinental dishes.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Source and purchase high-quality ingredients, ensuring freshness and sustainability.
Collaborate with the household staff and engage in planning for special events or gatherings.
Ensure safe storage and handling of food items to comply with safety standards skills.
