JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Post-NYSC Medical Officer; minimum 2 years work experience is an advantage.
Medical degree(MBBS) with a current practicing license.
Experience in eHealth, Management and Public health is an advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently, plan and execute tasks.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Competence in eHealth consults; willingness to work with other health providers; willingness to learn or knowledge of medical research methodology; proper conduct and ethics.
Writing skills.
Time management skills with the capability to prioritize among competing requests in a flexible work environment.
Consistently demonstrates a positive, “can-do” attitude with high personal work standards.
Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving ability, including the ability to gather information, identify resources and imagine alternatives with limited direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to represent the organization with the utmost professionalism and ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization.
Must be willing to work flexible hours in the office and remotely.
Self-motivation and result driven.
Knowledge of NGO and HMO is an added advantage.
