We seek an experienced Operating and Finance Lease Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the lease portfolio, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide financial analysis and support to the business.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the lease portfolio, including operating and finance leases
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as accounting standards and tax laws
Conduct financial analysis and provide support to the business on lease-related matters
Develop and maintain relationships with lessors, lessees, and other stakeholders
Negotiate lease agreements and ensure favorable terms
Monitor and report on lease performance and financial metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, legal, and treasury
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lease management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in lease management or related field
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial analysis
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease management software
Nice to Have:
Professional certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA)
Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
Knowledge of treasury management and cash flow forecasting
