Greet and Seat Customers: Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
Present Menus and Provide Recommendations: Explain menu items and specials, and offer suggestions based on customer preferences.
Take Orders: Accurately record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks to the table promptly and ensure correct orders.
Check on Customers: Regularly check in with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.
Handle Payments: Provide the bill, process payments, and return any change.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep tables, dining areas, and workstations clean and organized.
Address Customer Complaints: Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
Assist with Opening/Closing Duties: Help with setting up before service and cleaning up after service.
Collaborate with Staff: Work effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure a smooth service.
