Overseeing specific departments such as housekeeping, maintenance and laundry or front desk and restaurants departments.
Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
Ensure that quality services are rendered per time.
Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive.
Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 years work experience.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication abilities, including proficiency in English and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
Working knowledge of hotel management software, reservation systems, and point-of-sale platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make informed decisions under pressure.
Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
Certification or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
