Develop and implement Internal Control policies and procedures specifically require and apt with the Preform and Cap manufacturing industry.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas of risk and non-compliance within the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that internal control measures are effectively implemented and monitored.
Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Stay current with the industry regulations and best practices related to internal controls in the Preform and Cap manufacturing industry.
Requirements
B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in internal auditing, and internal controls, in a manufacturing company.
Knowledge of auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Proven experience in the PET preform, PE, HDPE, and LDPE caps manufacturing company.
