Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals,payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactionsand ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
Other responsibilities assigned .
Job Requirements
OND / HND in Banking / Finance, Marketing, Business Administration and other related discipline.
A minimum of 1-year cognate experience in microfinance industry is required.
Good display of computer skills.
Ability to handle cash deposit and withdrawal.
Excellent numerical skills.
Posting of daily transactions into the system.
Customer Service Orientation.
