Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers and vendors specializing in furniture materials and interior design products.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining quality.
Collaborate with the projects, store and production teams to determine material requirements for upcoming projects.
Analyze supplier quotations, pricing, and terms to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct regular cost analysis and market survey to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure all procured materials meet our stringent quality standards.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and track the status of orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the procurement process.
