The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our properties and keeping up with Prospects/Clients.
Responsibilities
Actively seek out new sales opportunities and prospects
Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects
Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns
Coordinate the closing of property deals and ensure vital documents are signed and payments received
Accompany buyers during visits for the inspection of properties
