Posting of sales invoices, checking of posted sales invoices and filing of the invoices.
Managingof both credit and debit accounts.
Preparing Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices and Product Quotations.
Posting daily transactions into QuickBooks.
Management of both payables and receivables.
Requirements
A good Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting
Minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit
No required years of experience
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel)
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, FreshBooks and Odoo will be an added advantage
