Assisting with setup and cleanup for meetings and events.
Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Provide general administrative support to staff.
Ensure office areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Report incidents (near-misses and accidents) to the OHS coordinator.
Requirements
Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) required
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic cleaning and maintenance skills.
