Project Apollo is a Founders Factory Africa venture that democratises access to lifesaving medical devices by removing the burden of ownership.
Currently, Africa’s average per capita spend on medical equipment is just under $10, a fraction of the global average of $77. In Nigeria, it’s just $0.90. Project Apollo is built on the belief that every healthcare provider on the African continent should have access to high-quality medical devices that allow them to serve more patients, treat more conditions and deliver better outcomes – all at an affordable price. Apollo enables healthcare providers to lease medical devices that are managed by independent experts, and provides servicing and management of the device for the full span of its lifecycle. The result: more accessible, more affordable equipment for healthcare providers and better access to critical diagnostics and treatment for patients.About the Role
