Minimum of a first degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable University.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services sector (strictly Microfinance Banks), with at least 4 years in a senior level role in a structured organization.
Lead the development and management of financial products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and IT, to develop and launch products.
Monitor product performance and gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including business cases, roadmaps, and specifications.
