We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and executing HR strategies to support the organization’s overall goals.
This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, appraisals, and professional development plans.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of industry trends.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI.
Experience in organizational development and change management.
