Must be a full time student
Must be enrolled in an accredited program at a recognized tertiary institution.
Must have a minimum GPA of Second Class Upper Division/Upper Credit
Must be students (indigenes and residents) in Ikorodu Division currently enrolled in any government recognized tertiary institution.
