This is a full-time on-site role as a Managing Director at De’greatdream located in Lagos.
The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and leading a team of professionals.
The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving business growth, and ensuring the company’s success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance field, Real Estate or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar executive leadership role
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to make high-level decisions and drive business growth
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the Real Estateindustry
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, etc.)
