We are delighted to introduce to you our Company, Bukkha Hospitality Limited, (BHL or the Company), trading as Bukka Hut; a fast food restaurant with outlets located in Lekki Phase 1 and Ikota shopping complex, VGC, both in Lagos. We serve your favorite Nigerian meals, Bukka style, in a comfortable and hygienic environment.
The Company was incorporated in July 2011 and Bukka Hut, opened for business on 01 August 2011.

Must have experience in food production
Carry out effective supervision of all production process in line with cGMP or standard requirements.
Plan and execute production activities to meet the target are met in volume.
Ensure wastages are reduced to the barest minimum percentage set by the management.
Carry out proper checks on all supplies i.e raw materials e.t.c to ensure they meet the specification given,
Carry our regular stock inventory to prevent stock out.
Give regular production report to the line Manager e.t.c.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc in Food Technology or related field.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
Ability to co-ordinate production process without supervision.
Ability to forecast production trends.
Attention to details.
Candidates must reside within Lekki and its environment.
